The next teleconference is scheduled for Thursday 3 November 2011 at (I tried to adjust for daylight saving time using the Worldclock so this list should be ok:

In the list and the last call we seem to agree on temporarily using WCAG-EM (WCAG 2.0 Evaluation Methodology).  Propose to hold the discussion there for the moment and come back to a shortname later.

Hope we can provide a first version online by tomorrow before the meeting. I was a bit late sending it to Shadi (still finishing it). The current version is still at:
