Regrets due to a conflicting meeting. Just a couple of quick comments to the charter: 1. This is a formal issue: isn't the availability of software tools that support EARL redundant with the publication of EARL as a Recommendation itself? 2. Regarding dependencies on other groups: Pointers in RDF has some common goals with those of the Web Annotation WG <http://www.w3.org/annotation/>. Should we establish any kind of formal liaison? Other groups provide some results that are partly or indirectly related as well, but this case is specially relevant.
