Ouch, I missed a few things. When I open 
<http://www.w3.org/WAI/ER/EARL10/tests/test0003.rdf> in my browser, I 
get XML parsing errors: the dct:description elements in the 
earl:TestCase elements have an xml:lang attribute without a value. 
And there are a few dc:date elements (instead of dct:date). :-(
(/Me bangs head on desk.)
