New version of the guide






Hi Shadi,

Attached is a new version of the guide. I am sorry to send it to you so
late, but I have since Saturday a neumonia :-( that forced me to cancel
all my travel this week. The good news is antibiotics seem to work, and
i feel much better today, so I may start working on it soon this week.

This version has many more examples to show the direction in which I am
going.
