Dear group,

Unfortunately the scheduled publication of EARL will need to be delayed
due to process issues that have turned out to be more complex than we
had initially anticipated. I will let you know about the progress on
this issue and when we are ready to publish.

Meanwhile, we can use this opportunity to further review and refine the
publication drafts. I've prepared these drafts and ask you to send any
comments or thoughts to the mailing list for discussion:

  - EARL 1.0 Requirements Working Draft (WG Note)
  - EARL 1.0 Schema Last Call Working Draft (REC-Track)
  - EARL 1.0 Guide First Public Working Draft (WG Note)
  - HTTP Vocabulary in RDF 1.0 Working Draft (WG Note)
  - Representing Content in RDF 1.0 Working Draft (WG Note)
  - Pointer Methods in RDF 1.0 Working Draft (WG Note)

The primary changes to these documents were as follows:

- reqs: added paragraph to abstract
- reqs: added references to EARL docs
- schema: tweaked abstract
- schema: updated links in conformance section
- guide: edited abstract
- guide: edited status of this document
- http: edited status of this document
- content: edited abstract
- content: edited status of this document
- pointers: tweaked abstract
- pointers: edited status of this document
- all: changed all references to "v 1.0"
- all: validation, link checking, ...
