Dear Group, W3C plans to holds its annual Technical Plenary from 2-6 November 2009 in Santa Clara, CA, USA. This year there will be a $50 registration fee per day to defray a portion of the expenses. We need to confirm by 18 March 2009 any intentions to hold an ERT WG face-to-face meeting at the Technical Plenary. Note, this is not a firm commitment to actually attend but an indication of interest to hold the group meeting at this venue. Please let me know if you have any questions. We will further discuss this during our next teleconference call.
