Dear ERT WG, Welcome back for those who were on leave, below is a status update and some thoughts for resuming work on our deliverables: #1. Publications - unfortunately the publication of Last Call is still delayed due to process issues (renewal of the Activity Statements under which the ERT WG Charter resides). I hope that this will be resolved in the coming week or two, so that we can publish in early September. #2. Editorial Updates - both Mike and myself have not been able to go through all the documents. We will continue to work on these updates during the upcoming two weeks and bring suggestions back to the group. These will be mostly our agenda items for early September. Next teleconference: *Wednesday 2 September, 2009* NOTE: please use the ERT WG time during the upcoming two weeks wisely. There is lots to do, for instance to carefully re-read the documents (especially EARL 1.0 Guide) before publication. There may be also room for tackling quick fixes or the one or other unresolved issues.
