[survey] Resolutions to ERT WG Comments on mobileOK Basic Tests 1.0 Last Call Working Draft

Please find a survey to collect responses from ERT WG participants on 
the resolutions to the comments on the mobileOK Basic Test 1.0 Last Call 
Working Draft of 30 January 2007 [1].

The ERT WG comments along with the resolutions of the Mobile Web Best 
Practices Working Group are in the following e-mails:
  - <http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-wai-ert/2007Jun/0001>
  - <http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-wai-ert/2007Jun/0021>

In this survey, each ERT WG and BPWG resolution is listed with the 
following three options:
  - Accept the resolution as-is;
  - Close *this* comment but record some follow-up notes for a *new* 
comment;
  - Reject resolution and record notes for follow-up discussion.

Another survey will follow shorty to collect any additional comment on 
the current (second) Last Call Working Draft of 25 May 2007 [2]. This 
survey is open until Tuesday 19 June 2007 (inclusive).
