jQuery - relevant to EARL pointers?

Hi,

Ref: <http://jquery.com/>

"jQuery is a fast, concise, JavaScript Library that simplifies how you
traverse HTML documents"

It parses XPath expressions and uses them to select document nodes. It
seems to me that this could be a potential implementor for the EARL
location pointers.

Any thoughts?

Regards,
   Shadi
