[HTTP-in-RDF] predefined HTTP versions

Hi group,

while editing the HTTP-in-RDF draft, I thought about having predefined 
HTTP versions, like the predefined TestModes in EARL or the HTTP 
ResponseCodes we talked about during the F2F. What do you think? 
Currently it's only 1.0 and 1.1 (and 0.9 which does not use version 
numbers).
