HTTP in RDF, RFC4229

Hi list,

during the weekend, I found the wonderful RFC 4229, which lists a whole 
bunch of headers used in HTTP. I will update the NOTE.

In addition, I would like to have the properties like

   accept-language

instead of

   acceptLanguage

like in the previous schema drafts. What do you think?
