extending ERT WG Charter

Dear Group,

The current ERT WG Charter [1] ends on 31 December, 2006. Please find 
below a draft renewed Charter for an addition 24 months until 31 
December, 2008:

Besides updating the schedule in the Milestones section, the 
Deliverables section has also been edited to suit our current work. 
Please let me know if you have questions or comments regarding the ERT 
WG Charter.
