These are not put together according to tool "type" but because they are from the same organization or vendor. It makes sense for them to be handled by the same person.

Agreed, duplicates need to be dropped.

These should be all the tools available on the current "existing tools page". We should focus on porting these tools into the new database first, then work on expanding the database in a second step.
