I didn't mean an XML schema but was referring to an RDF schema. Something we
can use to ensure our EARL is OK. I think this should be a major part of the
EARL project.

Yes, I'm getting the message that we don't need an XML schema. However, I'm
going to create one for the EARL we generate to make sure it's what we
expect it to be. This is for our use and may, or may not, be useful to
others.
