4. Brainstorm of EARL Requirements
  - higher-level requirements for EARL such as:
   * target audience
   * document format (guide vs. spec)
   * dependencies on Eval Suite, RDF, WCAG, etc

5. F2F at the W3C Technical Plenary
  - a draft agenda will be posted to the list before the call
  - which topic do we want to pursue during the TP F2F?
