I've been thinking it would be nice if a user testing a browser on
http://www.w3.org/International/tests/sec-iri-3 could easily check
to see if there are any outstanding bug reports for his browser.

If each test had a link like
  <a href=
   "http://esw.w3.org/topic/geoBrowserBugs#sec-iri-3">bug reports</a>
and http://esw.w3.org/topic/geoBrowserBugs had appropriate anchors:,

''[[Anchor(sec-iri-3)]]Resource identifiers 3''
  * [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=278161 mozilla]

then the world would be that much more harmonious, really.
Hmm, this is starting to smell like an EARL repository...
