Just a small nit: all status values are written in lower case except
for "Fixes" and "Edits".
In the database design, all status value are written in upper case:
(I overlooked this in my previous message.)

In the XML metadata, I have always used lower case values. The ISO
Schematron also assumes lower case values.
If we want to be able to update the DB from XML metadata or vice
versa, it may be better to be consistent. This avoids the need for
extra conversion code, ISO Schematron code etc.

Can I ask task force members who missed the discussion in this week's
telecon to also have a look?

Best regards,

Christophe
