updated test sample suite

Hi,

I have fixed some issues in XML files and updated the XSLT that 
generates the HTML version of the metadata.
Go to <http://tinyurl.com/ynu7q4> to browse the test sample suite.
Let me know if you find something that doesn't look right or that 
could be improved.
