test samples with primary/complexity attributes

I had an action item
(<http://www.w3.org/2008/01/08-tsdtf-minutes.html#action05>) to send
examples of test samples that use primary and complexity attributes.

The first version of the BenToWeb test suite used secondary rules to
document validation issues:
(missing alt attribute);
(non-standard embed element);
(non-standard embed element);
(proprietary bgsound attribute);
(non-standard embed element; validates because of custom DTD);
(non-standard marquee element);
(non-standard blink element);
(empty lang attribute).

(The June 2005 draft of WCAG 2.0 has no SC requiring valid code, so
the secondary rule references another draft.)
