Test samples migrated to WCAG 2. REC

Hi,

I have updated our test samples to the final Recommendation of WCAG 2.0.
I also added a new one: content-structure-separation-programmatic_050.
See <http://www.w3.org/2006/tsdtf/TestSampleStatusList>.

I have also updated the ISO Schematron, the rulesets.xml and the 
XSLTs but these aren't available yet.
