test samples that need to be fixed

Hi,

Tim Boland's reviews showed that a number of test samples need to be 
fixed before they are ready for review [1]. I did a very quick check 
on the test samples that had been assigned to reviewers [2] and it 
appeared that only the test samples that I recently assigned to 
revieers 09 and 10 actually contain a technique mapping. This means 
that 37 test samples need to be fixed; this corresponds to all test 
samples in the list at [3] except sc1.2.1_l1_002. The easiest way to 
do this is probably by rerunning the XSLT for converting the BenToWeb 
TCDL to TCDL 2.0; that XSLT was improved last week. So this is 
basically an action item for Reinhard and Vangelis.
