9 October teleconference postpone

Dear task force participants,

Because most BenToWeb members participating in this task force are 
involved in writing project proposals that need to be submitted by 9 
October, Carlos and I propose to postpone the next meeting to 16 
October, unless that date causes conflicts with other agendas.
