[action] changes in new WCAG draft that affect current test samples

Hi,

I have an action item [1] to check if there are changes in the new 
WCAG working draft [2] that affect to test samples in our CVS and to 
see what would need to be done to update them to the current working 
draft. Below are the results of a first quick look.

We have test samples for the following success criteria:
* 1.2.5 (2 test samples): success criterion has not changed;
* 1.2.6 (2 test samples): success criterion has not changed;
* 1.2.7 (3 test samples): an exception was added to this success criterion;
* 1.3.1 (50 test samples): this success criterion was combined with 
1.3.4; we'll need to check these test samples in more detail;
* 2.5.1 (3 test samples): this has been reworded (the intent is still 
the same) and is now SC 3.3.1.

A closer look at the test cases for the last two success criteria 
will follow later. We also need to look at the references to the 
techniques document.
