Locations in multiple files in TCDL 2.0

Hi,

In this week's telecon, Carlos Iglesias raised the question whether 
TCDL 2.0 supports the identification of errors in multiple files. 
TCDL 2.0 does indeed support this: it is sufficient to use 
"xlink:href" on the location element. I have added an example of this 
to the TCDL 2.0 spec (see example 3 at 
http://bentoweb.org/refs/TCDL2.0.html#linking-locations-techniques ). 
This new version of the spec will become available in the next few days.
