W3C List of Evaluation Tools - colour blindness check

The W3C/WAI Evaluation and Repair Tools Working Group (ERT WG) is currently
in the process of updating the following list of Web accessibility
evaluation tools on which your tool is listed:

CBC is a little tool for people to test their webpages with. It re-colorizes
any webpage you like into a palette that closely resembles the typical
palette available to a person having a red/green color vision deficiency.
(It approximates to Protanopia.)
