W3C List of Evaluation Tools - propose dropping Web Intermediaries (WBI) ("Webbie")

Web Intermediaries (WBI) ("Webbie") is not an evaluation tool it is a It's a
programmable proxy and web server
I propose that it should not be listed in the evaluations tools database
