We are having difficulty setting up a first meeting

Dear UMTF,
I have attached a table of all the 
times we could meet.  Any blank square 
in the table is available to everyone. 
 Some have not responded so I the 
information is incomplete.  I have 
given us from 9:00 AM to 4:00PM.  That 
is 6:00 AM PDT to 10:00PM in Denmark. 
I'm not sure if the Europeans can 
start a meeting that late.  Everyone 
on the west cost USA can make 6:00AM.
