WSTF Navigation

I would like to see when we do usability testing is if users get disoriented
when they "open" one navigation such as "Getting Started" and then decide to
open a second one such as "Guidelines and Resources" and the "Getting
Started" navigation closes up. It would be interesting to see which they
prefer.

Personally, I would prefer leaving what I've opened up, open, but I'm sure
other's would disagree.
