TOP PRIORITIES:
- JON finish personas & SHAWN send out for wider review
- CAROL provide closed card sort data to discuss to figure out final IA
- ALL send feedback on e-mails from last week
- ALL prepare for next WSTF teleconference by reading docs referenced in
agenda

General
- ALL: watch list and reply as requested
- ALL: send regrets to list ahead of time if not able to attend
scheduled teleconferences

Personas
- JON?: clean up 3 primary personas (make more even, make goal-based,
tweak as discussed, move personal details lower & keep them related to
task)
- SHAWN: take potentially offensive details out of others
- MATT: post new personas to

Information Architecture / Site Map
- SHAWN: add to site map WCAG content list in conjunction with blossom
- [in progress] JUSTIN: add to site map primary user groups, maybe just
techie and fuzzie, coordinate status of site map with shawn first
- ALL: review materials related to closed card sort so can share them
publicly (with other materials)

2nd for "back to top"
- [DONE] SHAWN: Edit the components section to remove WAI Home page and
header - change breadcrumb to path or hierarchy including Home page such
as breadcrumbs, or hierarchy
- [DONE] SHAWN: change "header nav" to Utility nav (on every page)
- [DONE] SHAWN: add to Search (maybe search field or search page)
- [cancelled? WSTF feature request has contextual search WAI-wide, but
not more specific, so would apply at WAI global level & not lower)]
SHAWN: add note beside search: if contextual might be moved, otherwise
may stay

updates to IA card sorting participant characteristics

first name only in body
- [CANCELLED] JON: get photos for other personas that are missing them:
Professor Zhang (China), Ms. Weesaw (American Indian), Dr. Sathianathan
(Sri Lanka). along with photos, send permission to use (e.g., where they
came from if site grants permission, or model & photographer releases if
you took them)
- [CANCELLED] MATT: try tweaking your personas to be more goal-based
(see jon's emails, minutes from 2 Feb, jon's & carol's examples) - put
in first name and last name
