Hi Wilco,

First, the table does not validate (I think pretty simple stuff):

Also, I'm wondering if it is better (both visually and functionally) to 
have the "Expand all" and "Collapse all" as links rather the buttons? 
Would it make more sense to have these below the table or floating on 
the right?

Others, please comment on these design aspects.
