The expand/collapse icons I was thinking of this morning are at http://www.w3.org/International/icons/open-thin.gif and http://www.w3.org/International/icons/close-thin.gif They seem to be quite small, but since they're nothing but straight lines, they should expand perfectly to any size we want. I might even be temped to try using just the characters [+] and [-], since they'd expand with the rest of the text. I've looked for icons that would express "NA" visually -- haven't found anything -- not surprising since this really isn't a very visual concept. IMO probably best just to use the (text) letters. Tom
