Re-arranged navigation

Hello Group.

Here is the final mockup for the new navigation, worked out by Michael
and me in the last weeks.

Please note: This is not the final HTML and CSS but merely hacked
together. It is not tested at all in Browsers which are not Safari and
Firefox. Things we changed:

* Rounded corners only on the bottom
* New current style (this is archived with css3 multiple backgrounds,
so IEs and early browsers will only get one arrow on the left and none
on the right. I think this is perfectly acceptable.)
* Moved the annotations-link to the right side of the navigation.
(This will surely give me serious headaches when implementing it cross
browser some time this week, as you can only go the absolute positions
way in this case.)

Please send in feedback asap, if possible prior to the teleconference
on wednesday, so I am able to implement alternative versions. Feedback
I got to this point is rather negative, as the navigation structure
seems to be to complex. We have to see how that concept works out in
practice.
