New content on Accessibility Responsibility Breakdown (ARB)

Thanks for all information added to the wiki - it is just great! The work
you did on the *Accessibility Responsibility
Breakdown<http://www.w3.org/community/wai-engage/wiki/Accessibility_Responsibility_Breakdown>
* (ARB) is going to be tremendously useful I know.  One thought I had and
wanted to get input on was this.   Would it be useful to model the way that
you mapped Guidelines to each role and add more links to map current WAI
resources to those roles? And is it useful to link outside of WAI as well
for resources that support the roles as categorized?

Can the group guide me about:

1. Is that useful?
2. Should it be a new page or a new section on this page?
3. or perhaps it should somehow be integrated into the existing list.

Thanks for your thoughts, I am working on the material review and
categorization and will post with your guidance.
