  Hello,

  I think that this document, as it is ultimately intended for end users, 
  will need to be translated and localised for different countries. 
  Different cultures have different expectations and people with 
  disabilities organise themselves in different ways. It would be useful 
  to add an appendix to the translation giving contact addresses and 
  suggestions for alternative approaches more suited to the local context.
