* Examples of How Factors Differ Across Environments

I am not sure the first sentence below the section title is in synch
with the title itself and following bullet list. I don't have a good
proposal but I think the bullet list IS NOT a list of different
approaches to customise business case. To me these are examples how
motifs can vary from business case to business case.

Case: corporation. I would remove the word "retaining" from the last
bullet. Supporting is a good word that generally covers older population
with or without disabilities. "Retaining" addresses much smaller group
of people, e.g. ageing expert who has cognitive of physical difficulty
to cope with companies working environment and who would consider
changing job if his environment does not become friendlier.

Case: educational institution: I would add reduced teacher consultation
time, possibly reduced teacher classroom time by moving inclass tests
and exercise assignements to the web.

Case: SME. Instead of "increasing the market among older people" in the
first bullet I would say "increasing customer base by adding older
people"

After the bullet list I would rather say: "While each example emphasizes
a few aspects of the benefits of Web accessibility, it is often the case
that other aspects are also relevant to a given business case and
including them is important:"

Is is possible to separate resource link from the descriptive text for
example as it is done on the following page:

The current presentation style is rather messy. In the places where you
have WCAG SC lists would it be better to organize text into tables?

To be continued...
