I shared a draft Evergreen Patent Policy with PSIG and got some good
feedback, including on the comparisons with both WHATWG IPR Policy and
W3C's Rec-track Patent Policy. I'm going to revise for the June PSIG
meeting (still in member-only discussion).

Then, to meet the August target, I'd suggest that Process CG and PSIG
have a joint meeting to work through combined process and patent policy
issues together.
