Dear Members of the Revising the W3C Process Community Group,

We circulated a draft W3C Process 2019 for comments on 19 November 2018:

Today the W3C Advisory Committee representatives received a call for review of the 20 December 2018 version of the Process Document, proposed to advance to "Proposed 2019 Process Document" status:
