Hi Process CG,

For the next round of Process revisions, in 2017:

When we removed "good standing" from the Process, I thought we had added
a reference to the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct (CEPC)
https://www.w3.org/Consortium/cepc/ but I don't see it.

We should add that, perhaps in 3.1 Individual participation critieria,
"Participants must abide by W3C's Code of Ethics and Professional
Conduct [CEPC]."
