Not exactly. It is the editor's first attempt at incorporating the text  
into the document, which means there are some changes. I have tried very  
hard not to introduce any substantive change in meaning.

Of course, the group is welcome to direct the editor word for word, but my  
general approach is to take what is written and edit it into the document  
as it apparently makes sense - i.e. to me.
