The Process Task Force has traditionally had a one hour telephone meeting (Telcon) on Monday mornings at 7AM Pacific Time (10AM Eastern US, 4PM Central European time, 11PM Tokyo). The purpose of these meetings has been to agree on the resolution of open issues, close them where possible or assign actions to move toward closure. With the announcement of a new draft of the Process Document [1], it is time to restart those meetings.

To facilitate participants in Europe, Eastern and Western US and the Orient, it seems there is a small band of start times that work. During Summer Time (in Europe and the US) these times are
