Please remove `process-issues` from the Process document entirely (and close the list). It clearly isn't used anymore [2], and it's really confusing to have a second list... Without violating confidentiality, there have been 0 messages to the list in 2014, and only two spams in 2013 [3]*. * there were two spams, I saw both of them (and reported them), the index still says there are two spams, but the message list only shows one.
