I'm not sure what paradigm you're referring to :) My propositions so far
have stayed clear of changing the W3C Process, not because I think we
shouldn't change it no matter what, but just because I have the changes
that have most impact don't derive from changes to the Process.

But independently of the W3C Process, the changes I'm suggesting require
a non-trivial amount of work to get them considered, and then hopefully
adopted by WGs. Some of the changes require changes to our internal
policies that will also need to reviewed and approved.
