Four half-day tutorials have been announced for STIDS 2015 Tutorial Day,

to be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2015.



       Tutorial A:  Mining RDF with SPARQL

Tutorial B:   OWL Distilled: Everything You Need and Nothing You Don’t

   Faculty:   Michael Uschold and Dave McComb

Tutorial C:  Building an Enterprise Ontology in Less than 90 Days

   Faculty:    Dave McComb, Dan Carey, and Todd Schneider

Tutorial D:   Threat and Risk Information Sharing, Federation, and Analytics

****** About the Conference ******

STIDS is a premier opportunity for collaboration and cross-fertilization

between researchers and practitioners of semantic-based technology

with particular experience in the problems facing the Intelligence,

Defense, and Security communities.

STIDS 2015 will feature presentations of original, peer-reviewed research,

as well as invited talks from prominent semantic technology researchers and

recognized leaders from the target application domains. This year’s special

topic is semantics in cyber-physical systems.

The Tenth International Conference on Semantic Technology for Intelligence,

Defense, and Security (STIDS 2015) will be held in November 2015 at

Dewberry Hall in the Johnson Center at George Mason University. The main
conference will take place on November 19–20, preceeded by a tutorial day

on Wednesday, November 18.  A classified session will be held on November
17,

at a venue to be announced, for those with TS/SCI clearances.
