Looks like have 3 votes (Martin, Jeff, me) for the multi-type approach and
doing something like what Richard suggests with FictionalThing.

No downsides that I can see other than an extra line or two for those using
Microdata... with all the benefits, like Jeff suggests with having the
possibilities for new properties down the line, if or when needed.

Great !  Issue solved.
