So, Martin, I’ll take you up on your offer.  I’m in New York, so my bias is obvious.

Perhaps it might be best to leverage the pre-existing capabilities and audience of the “Lotico” NY Semantic Web Meetup group (http://www.meetup.com/semweb-25/).  I’ll contact Marco Neumann to explore feasibility.  

I still believe that this is an ongoing conversation, best addressed globally rather than locally, but I welcome any start we can make.

I’ll contact you off-list to discuss logistics.
