When you markup a two token itemtype such as
<div itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Product 
http://schema.org/MusicEvent">
...
</div>

you define ONE object which is instance of each of the two classes you 
declare.

Also notice that schema:name  is NOT REQUIRED to be unique  in any case. 
Multiple schema:name properties may occur in an object markup.
