Attached is an Excel workbook showing what I have come to understand  
as what we need for schema.org and ISO 24751 AccessForAll metadata.

Comments will be most welcome. The spreadsheets are incomplete and so  
completion by adding the necessary details is one way of contributing,  
but comments about the overall structure etc will also be very welcome.
