Wrong range for comment property

http://schema.org/comment has the wrong range / value expected type, it
should be Comment <http://schema.org/Comment> instead of
UserComments<http://schema.org/UserComments>,
which is a type of user interaction, not an actual comment.

Also, can the schema.org/comment property be used in nested comment
threads, to link a comment to its child comment(s)? I'm assuming yes, since
Comment is a subtype of CreativeWork.
