After looking a bit deeper into the offers/Offer type with its
businessFunction and product property I think it already has the
capability to express many business models, like sell, lease out etc.
As I already said in
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-vocabs/2013Jan/0000.html, my
feeling is, it might be better to have a more fine-grained way to
express possible actions: a small set of actions which define their
meaning from the Thing they belong to. The possible action should not
be attached to the Thing (Movie...) , but to subproperties, like
acceptAction for offer, addAction for ratings etc. Comments?

Best regards
Dietrich
