Discussion: CivicStructure - Beach should be Landform

I am not sure that the sub type "Beach" should be considered a
"CivicStructure". A Civic Structure implies something man made, however a
beach is normally a natural  "Landform". The complication and I suspect
the reason why "Beach" was included in the "CivicStructure" is that in
some parts of the world there are mainly privately owned beaches or you
have to pay to have access to the beach. Of course there are also man made
beaches.
